Her major research areas include educational economics, educational finance, and teacher training management.

Zhang Yanling: Assistant Research Fellow, PhD Candidate, Deputy Director of the Provincial K-12 Teacher Development Center of SCNU, and Director of the Implementation Office of the MOE "National Teacher Training Program" - Overseas Training Project. She mainly engages in research on teacher professional development, educational management, and training management. She has participated in a number of provincial and ministerial-level research projects, and published many academic papers in journals such as Basic Education Reference, Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools, Modern Education Review, Journal of Fuyang Normal University, and Journal of Qiongzhou University. She also participated in compiling the series of books for the hosts of renowned teachers' and principals' (kindergarten heads') studios in Guangdong provincial primary and secondary schools: Walking Alone is Fast, Walking Together is Far - Me and My Studio (three volumes: Volume 1, 2 & 3, published by Guangdong Higher Education Press).

Wu Shaoping: Assistant Research Fellow, PhD Candidate, Deputy Director of the Discipline and Research Office. Her major research areas include teacher education from the perspective of artificial intelligence, interdisciplinary research on educational technology and social ethics, with a focus on teachers' digital reading and digital literacy. She has published more than 10 papers in journals such as Chinese Teachers, Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools, and New Reading, and presided over or participated in more than 10 provincial and ministerial-level research projects; she once participated in and won the first prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award for Basic Education and the special prize of the Provincial Education and Teaching Achievement Award.

Jia Zhaona: Engineer, Master's Degree Holder, Secretary of the National Certification for Normal Majors in General Higher Education Institutions.

Yang Quansen: Master's Degree Holder, Faculty Member of the Discipline and Research Office. He is responsible for following up the construction of the Guangdong Provincial Social Science Research Base "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Research Center for Teacher Education and Teacher Development Assessment", and the product R&D of the "Artificial Intelligence + Teacher Competence Development Joint Laboratory". His major research areas include educational and psychological assessment, and teacher education.

Su Ming'ao: Master's Degree Holder, Faculty Member of the General Office of the Faculty. He is responsible for following up the informatization, publicity, and resource construction of the Faculty, as well as the R&D of platforms such as the AI Platform for SCNU's Collaborative Quality Improvement Group, the "Shinengbang - AI Diagnosis and Evaluation System for Classroom Teaching Competence", and the "South China Teachers Online". His major research areas include educational technology and teacher education.

Hu Yiya: Master's Degree Holder, Faculty Member of the Graduate Work Office. She is responsible for the coordination of the cultivation and management of Master of Education students in the university.

Li Yun: Master's Degree Holder, Faculty Member and Research Secretary of the Discipline and Research Office. He is responsible for following up the discipline construction and scientific research services of the Faculty, including discipline construction services, scientific research management services, academic exchange and base management; specifically responsible for the daily operation of the Labor Education Research Center of SCNU. His major research areas include labor education, study tours, and comprehensive practical education.
